What's On | Season 2023-24
IN-PERSON & ONLINE
Over the past several years,
many socio-political issues have continued to thwart meaningful change;
younger generations increasingly grapple with basic survival;
and we have lost loved ones on this difficult path of resistance.
Despite these challenges,
MT Space and the IMPACT Theatre Festival continue to develop multiple initiatives and projects in parallel:
supporting new collaborations between artists; the training and inspiration of experienced performers
and new artists just starting their journey; and continue to assemble, premiere and tour our own theatrical creations.

Chelsea’s Story 2024
Chelsea’s Story, based on a true story, follows a group of three students who discover the diary of 15-year-old Chelsea — who is targeted and groomed by a man posing as her boyfriend to be trafficked for sex.
Produced In-Partnership with: Sexual Assault Support Centre Waterloo Region (SASCWR) and Towards Violence Free Homes (TVFH) from the Coalition of Muslim Women of KW (CMW-KW).

Two Weeks to get great gifts and unique services!
Beginning on Giving Tuesday, November 28, 2023, MT Space will be hosting an online silent auction with all proceeds going to towards the Majdi Bou-Matar Bursary fund. You can also donate directly to MT Space as well. All items and services were donated from community members or organizations that believe in continuing Majdi’s legacy of lifting barriers and supporting artists.
