Box Office – Details
We strongly encourage you to buy tickets in advance on TicketScene. A limited number of tickets will be available for sale at the door of each show, if it is not sold out.
Note that in-person IMPACT box office will ONLY be open 30 minutes prior to performances at respective venues. Cash and credit card are accepted for ticket purchases at the door.

where applicable, are available on TicketScene.
Outdoor Venues & Weather
For shows at outdoor venues (Gaukel Block, King Street, Kitchener City Hall, Schneider Haus), make sure to dress appropriately – if there is a light drizzle, the show will go on. A raincoat or sweater may be helpful. Please keep an eye out for an email in advance regarding a rain plan.
