Venues

Season 24.25  Venue – The Registry Theatre

Address – 122 Frederick Street, Kitchener ON

Parking – While the Registry Theatre does have parking, it is reserved for theatre personnel, artists and renters. The parking lot for the Region of Waterloo building next to the theatre becomes a public lot after 5 pm on weekday evenings.

Free street parking is available nearby on Spetz Street and Scott Street, across the road from the Registry.

Paid parking is available across the street and underground at the Kitchener Public Library Main Branch.

Building Accessibility – Anyone with difficulty navigating stairs can access the theatre through a side elevator. It is located around the corner to the right of the front entrance. We will have a door person available to assist with the elevator. In the case that a person is not immediately available, there is a call button by the elevator entrance. You are also welcome to notify us of your arrival in advance via email.

Washrooms – The Registry Theatre comes equipped with public two washrooms that will be propped open during our shows for ease of use

COVID Safety – In addition to regular sanitation and abiding by current government protocols, The Registry Theatre is equipped with a UVDI air purification system. Two sets of ultra-violet lights installed in the ductwork eliminate 99.99% of airborne SARS-CoV-2 particles inside the auditorium.

Masks are not required but welcomed. If you are not feeling well or have come in contact with someone with COVID-19, tested positive, feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

Any tickets purchased can be exchanged for a future MT Space show.
