OAC Recommender Grants for Theatre Creators (2024-25)

It’s that time of year again!

Each year, the Ontario Arts Council (OAC) supports new ideas and explorations through recommender grants for theatre creators. Several theatres across the province are invited to recommend artists and projects to receive this funding – MT Space is one of them! We invite the artists in our community to apply for these funds to support new ideas, projects and explorations. Details can be found below and on the OAC website.

Priorities

Projects by Indigenous, Black, POC, Newcomer, Immigrant, Refugee creators; artistic collaborations, collective creations, devised processes; interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, multilingual and physical theatre.

Submission Instructions

You will be asked to submit the following items: C.V. (mandatory) through the OAC portal, NOVA.
